RESOLUTION NO. 107 OF 1985
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953, as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
An agreement with the Utah Department of Transportation
with payment to the Citv for adjustment of man hole
covers, rings, storm sewer cleanouts, and water valve
covers in various State designed streets.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
10th day of September 1985.
