RESOLUTION NO. 108 OF 1988
AUTHORIZING THE MM-C JTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND
MIDVALE CITY
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953, as amended, allows public
entities to enter into cooperative agreements to provide joint undertakings
and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to accartplish said
Purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally described as
follows:
An amendment to the previously executed Interlocal Cooperation Agreement
for providing fire and rye dispatch services between Salt Lake City
and Midvale City.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordar a with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 6th day of
September 1988.
