RESOLUT ION NO. 11 OF 1986
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT
OF AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY AND SALT LAKE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U. C.A. , 1953, as amended ,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement Amendment has been prepared
to accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah :
1. It does hereby approve the attached Agreement Amendment
generally described as follows :
Amendment of the Oil Drain Siphon Project No. 47-N-256
Agreement regarding cost sharing and the total sum of
funds to be provided to the City by the County.
2. Palmer DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement Amendment on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms .
