AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND THE UT A H DE PA RIM E NT OF AGR IC U LT UR E
DIVISION OF ANIMAL CONTROL
WHEREAS, Ti tl e 11, Chapter 13, U. C. A. , 1953, as amended ,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
acccmplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah :
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows :
An amendment of Contract No . 87-2 493 with the State ,
increasing the leased space .
2. Palmer A. De Paul i s, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
1st day of September , 1987.
