RESOLUT ION NO. 113 OF 1987
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND SALT LAKE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U. C. A. , 1953 as amended ,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services ; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes ;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah :
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows :
A lease of space at the Airport for the college to
provide airfraime , power plant and related aviation
instructional services at the airport.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor- of Salt Lake City, Utah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms .

1st day of September , 1987.
