RESOLUTION NO. 117 OF 1985
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR
SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, under Bill No. 45 of 1985, the Salt Lake City
Council adopted a Compensation Plan for Salt Lake City Employees;
and
WHEREAS, said Plan may be amended from time to time by
resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is presently desirous of amending
said Plan; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah, that:
1. The attached amendment to Article IIID of the Compensa-
tion Plan for Salt Lake City employees, is hereby adopted and
approved.
2. Said amendment shall be retroactive to September 1,
1985.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 17th day of September, 1985.
