RESOLUTION NO. _121 OF 1987
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION AND
U. S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to provide joint undertakings
and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to accomplish said
purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally described as
follows:
Amendment of Lease Agreement NODTFA 11-87-L-00003
between the parties dated June 23, 1987
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City Corporation and to act in
accordance with its terms.
