RESOLUTION NO . 123OF 1988
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND
UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS , Title 11 , Chapter 13 , U . C .A. , 1953 , as amended , allows
public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to provide joint
undertakings and services ; and
WHEREAS , the attached agreement has been prepared to accomplish said
purposes ;
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake City ,
Utah :
1 . It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows :
An agreement between the Utah Department of Transportation
(UDOT) and Salt Lake City Corporation for installation of a
street light at Redwood Road and California Avenue northeast
corner at P3 . Authority No . 5153 .
2 . Palmer A . DePaulis , Mayor of Salt Lake City , Utah is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms .
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City , Utah , this 4th day
