RESOLUTION NO. 127 OF 1986
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND THE UTAH DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U. C.A. , 1953, as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services ; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah :
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows :
An Interlocal Cooperation Agreement providing for a
grant frcgm the Utah Department of Health to Salt Lake
City Corporation to purchase emergency suction units
for use by the Salt Lake City Fire Department .
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City City, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms .
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
14th day of October , 1986.
