WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953, as amended, allows public
entities to enter into cooperative agreements to provide joint undertakings
and services; and
WHEREAS. the attached agreement has been prepared to accomplish said
per;
TORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally described as
follows:
To provide reimbursement of funds to Salt Lake City Corporation
for costs incurred to develop a "Database" system for the E911 system,
according to the attached contract #I-2781.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordanr e with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 8th day of
November 1988.
