RESOLUTION NO. 147 OF 1988
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION AND THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
WHEREAS, Title 11 Chapter 13 of the Utah Code Annotated 1953
as amended allows public entities to enter into cooperative
agreements to provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Salt Lake
City:
1. That it does hereby approve the attached agreement
generally described as follows:
Consulting Agreement relating to creation of parking
district on Blocks 52, 53 and 56, Plat "A" Salt Lake
City Plat.
2. Palmer A. DePaulis, Mayor, is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City and to act in
accordance with its terms.
