RESOLUTION NO. 83 OF 1982
(Authorizing the Execution of an
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement
Between Salt Lake C i ty Corporation
and
Salt Lake County and the
Salt Lake City-County Board of Health
WHEREAS, Title 11 , Chapter 13, U.C.A. , 1953, as amended ,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1 . It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows:
AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN SALT LAKE
CITY CORPORATION, SALT LAKE COUNTY, AND THE SALT LAKE
CITY-COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH, REGARDING PHYSICAL EXAMINA-
TIONS FOR SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION EMPLOYEES
2 . Ted L. Wilson, Mayor of Salt Lake City , Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 7th day of September 1982 .
