I move that the Council adopt the ordinance changes needed to create and organize the Racial Equity
in Policing Commission as one of the City’s ongoing Boards and Commissions.

I move that the Council not adopt the ordinance changes needed to create and organize the Racial
Equity in Policing Commission as one of the City’s ongoing Boards and Commissions, and to proceed
to the next agenda item.
