MOTION 1 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING and ADOPT ORDINANCE
I move that the Board close the public hearing and adopt a resolution amending the FY 2021-22 final
budget of the Redevelopment Agency as shown on the motion sheet.
Staff note: Council Members do not need to read the individual items being approved below; they are
listed for reference.
- Relocation Assistance to Utah Theater Retail Tenants ($116,000 from the Revolving Loan Fund)
- City Creek Daylighting Technical Analysis and Design Study ($105,000 from the North Temple
Strategic Intervention Fund)
- Housekeeping Adjustments to North Temple Strategic Intervention Fund ($2,043,252 from several
accounts)
MOTION 2 – CONTINUE PUBLIC HEARING
I move that the Board continue the public hearing to a future date.
MOTION 3 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
I move that the Board close the public hearing and refer the item to a future date for action.
MOTION 4 – CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING and NOT ADOPT
I move that the Board close the public hearing and proceed to the next agenda item.
