MOTION 1A – ADOPT
I move that the Council adopt an ordinance amending and restating Chapter 3.04 of Salt Lake City Code relating
to local sales and use taxes.
Staff note: this is a housekeeping update to bring City Code in line with changes to state law.
MOTION 2 – NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council not adopt the proposed ordinance and proceed to the next agenda item.
