RE:MOTION SHEET FOR GILMER INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
The Council will consider adopting a Resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Agreement.
Motion 1 – Adopt the Resolution.
I move that the Council adopt the Resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal agreement between Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County with respect to the County’s transfer of
up to $55,365 to reimburse the City for reconfiguration of the Gilmore Drive intersection and other related improvements.
Motion 2 – Not Adopt.
I move that that Council not adopt the Resolution and move on to the next item.
