RESOLUTION NO. 98 OF 1983
ADOPTING RULES OF PROCEDURE
PROMULGATED BY THE SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Section 10-3-1215, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as
amended, provides the Salt Lake City Council with the power to make and
enforce any additional rules and regulations for the government of the
Council, the preservation of order, and the transaction of the business
of the Council; and
WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Council has concluded that
additional rules and regulations are necessary for the purposes set
forth above; and
WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Council has promulgated Rules of
Procedure as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorpor-
ated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Council desires to adopt said Rules
of Procedure.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby declared by the Salt Lake City
Council that the Rules of Procedure attached hereto are adopted and
shall become effective on the 6th day of December 1983.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah this 6th
day of December, 1983.
