MOTION 1 – ADOPT ORDINANCE
I move that the Council adopt the resolution authorizing the City to consent to the transfer of Foreign
Trade Zone authority to World Trade Center Utah.
MOTION 2 – NOT ADOPT
I move that the Council not adopt the ordinance and proceed to the next agenda item.
