2. Relocation of a Contributing Structure at Approximately 632 S 700 E - Trolley Square
Ventures, LLC, is requesting to relocate the contributing structure located at 632 S 700 E to
635 E 700 S in the Central City Historic District. The property where the structure is currently
located and the property where the structure is proposed to be relocated are both zoned RMF-
30 (Low Density Multi-Family Residential District). The proposal includes a request for a
modification of the required 10’ side yard setback to be reduced by 4’-6”, for a side yard
setback of 5’-6” along the east side lot line. The subject property is within Council District 4,
