Appeal of a Building Permit at Approximately 1072 S Bonneville Dr – Peter Fillmore, on behalf of Oak Hill Gardens Condominium Association, is appealing the issuance of building permit BLD2024-07923 for the above-stated address. The scope of work for the permit included a sport court, patio, stairs, and a wall to separate the upper and the lower yard. The subject property is located in the R-1/12,000 (Single-family Residential) District, within Council District 6, represented by Dan Dugan. Variance Request for Fence Height at Approximately 852 S West Temple - Eve Silver, the property owner, is requesting a Variance from 21A.40.120.E.1 to retain an existing 6- foot-tall fence in the area of the property between the primary façade of the structure Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM This meeting was held online without an anchor location. Standard 21A.40.120.E.1 limits fence height in the applicable zone to 4 feet in height when located between the primary façade of the principal structure and the front property line. The property is in the Mixed Use 5 (MU-5) zoning district, and is located within Council District 5, represented by Darin Mano.
