Based on the information presented and discussion, I move that the Commission approve this
Planned Development application as recommended by staff.
Alternate motions: Motion to approve with conditions implemented or modified by the Commission:
Based on the information presented and the discussion, I move that the Commission approve this Planned Development application with the following modifications:
1. The Commission should list the conditions that are to be modified, added, or removed.
Motion to deny:
I move that the Commission deny this Planned Development application because evidence has not
been presented that demonstrates the proposal complies with the following standards:
1. The commission should make findings related to which standards are not complied with.

Subdivision Plat
Staff’s recommendation:
Motion to approve: Based on the information presented and discussion, I move that the Commission approve this
Preliminary Subdivision Plat application as recommended by staff with the following condition:
• The applicant must note a cross-access easement on the final subdivision plat for any stairs
that are shared between two units/lots.

Preliminary Subdivision Plat application coinciding with staff’s recommendations but with the
following modifications:
