2. Modification to Kinney House New Construction at 563 N Center St – James Cocks
is requesting a modification to the approved design, originally heard by the HLC on
October 3, 2024, at the above-listed address. The new design changes the door and window configuration on the front facade. Currently, the land is vacant, and the property is zoned SR-1A.
